भारतीय संविधान सभा के सदस्यों द्वारा ‘पृथक-निर्वाचन मण्डल’ के स्थान पर आरक्षित निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों की व्यवस्था अपनाने के किन्हीं दो कारणों का विश्लेषण कीजिए।
Answer
The Constituent Assembly adopted reserved constituencies instead of separate electorates to promote national unity and political integration. Separate electorates were seen as divisive, encouraging communalism. Reserved seats ensured representation of disadvantaged groups while allowing them to participate in the common electoral process.
संविधान सभा ने पृथक निर्वाचन मंडलों के स्थान पर आरक्षित निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों को इसलिए अपनाया क्योंकि :
(1) पृथक निर्वाचन व्यवस्था को विभाजनकारी और साम्प्रदायिक माना गया।
(2) आरक्षण से वंचित वर्गों का प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित हुआ तथा राष्ट्रीय एकता और राजनीतिक एकीकरण को बढ़ावा मिला।
